Trinity House Care Home offers Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia care for up to 55 residents in a modern and welcoming setting, thoughtfully designed and equipped to the highest standard.

We are now seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our day team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care that supports residents’ health, dignity, and independence.

What We Offer

• 42-hour contract
• Flexible shift pattern including weekend working
• Paid PVG, pension scheme, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As a Day Nurse, you will lead and coordinate care throughout the day, ensuring residents’ needs are met with compassion and professionalism. You will take responsibility for safe medication administration, carry out routine observations, and contribute to care planning and accurate record-keeping.

You’ll support residents with their daily routines, monitor health and wellbeing, and provide clinical guidance to care staff on shift. Working closely with families and healthcare professionals, you will promote open communication, trust, and a holistic approach to care. Most importantly, you will uphold dignity, respect, and kindness in every interaction, helping to create a safe and supportive home environment.

About You
You are a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Care home experience is desirable, and a flexible, positive approach to teamwork is essential.

You are someone who brings compassion, professionalism, and calm to your role, even in challenging situations. With strong communication and leadership skills, you take pride in making a real difference to the lives of those in your care.
