the heart of Letchworth Garden City. . With occupancy at 76% and an
average weekly fee of £1,668, White House offers both operational
stability and scope for continued growth. Supported by a regional
team, this is an opportunity for a nurse-qualified Home Manager to
lead a high-performing home, maintain excellence, and strengthen its

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a nurse-qualified Home Manager with a strong
clinical background, ideally with previous leadership experience in a
high-performing residential or nursing home. Specifically:
- Registered nurse with active NMC pin and demonstrable clinical expertise.
- Experienced in leading stable, high-performing teams and maintaining excellent care standards.
- Skilled in operational and financial management within the care sector.
- Confident, visible leader capable of inspiring staff, engaging families, and working with regional leadership.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to maximise occupancy and maintain competitive positioning.
