The Opportunity
White House Care Home is a thriving, 50-bed service located in the heart of Letchworth Garden City. . With occupancy at 76% and an average weekly fee of £1,668, White House offers both operational stability and scope for continued growth. Supported by a regional team, this is an opportunity for a nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a high-performing home, maintain excellence, and strengthen its competitive position in the local market.

Growth & Engagement: Strengthen relationships with local referrers and families to sustain occupancy and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a nurse-qualified Home Manager with a strong clinical background, ideally with previous leadership experience in a high-performing residential or nursing home. Specifically:

• Registered nurse with active NMC pin and demonstrable clinical expertise.
• Experienced in leading stable, high-performing teams and maintaining excellent care standards.
• Skilled in operational and financial management within the care sector.
• Confident, visible leader capable of inspiring staff, engaging families, and working with regional leadership.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to maximise occupancy and maintain competitive positioning.
