About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will oversee up to six homes (currently two, with further growth planned). You will work closely with Home Managers to ensure quality care, compliance, and strong commercial performance. Also work with Directors to execute the stratergy.
You will act as the vital link between the senior leadership team and the homes — providing direction, coaching, and accountability. This role is not just about management; it’s about building high-performing teams, creating a culture of engagement, and ensuring residents receive the exceptional care they deserve.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Regional Manager (minimum two years overseeing at least four elderly nursing or residential homes)
SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or above), with commitment
to complete Level 4 Leadership
OR Registered Nurse with active
NMC PIN
Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
Commercial awareness and confidence in strategic decision-making
Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel regionally
