We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to ensure our building and equipment are maintained to the highest standard, creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

What You Will Do
As Maintenance Manager you will
take responsibility for the overall upkeep of the home, making sure
everything from minor repairs to larger renovation projects is
completed to the highest standard. You will manage routine
maintenance, carry out safety checks, and ensure all equipment and
systems are functioning correctly. You will oversee installations,
maintain the grounds, and take care of building surfaces, contributing
to a welcoming and comfortable environment. By working closely with
colleagues and reporting on any larger issues, you will ensure the
smooth running of our home while upholding health, safety, and quality
standards. Flexibility is essential, as occasional evening and weekend
work may be required, and you will be on-call for any emergencies.
