We’re now seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our leadership team and help us continue delivering exceptional care every day.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. 

• Lead and inspire the care team to deliver person-centred care with warmth and professionalism. 

• Oversee care planning, assessments, and reviews, acting as a key liaison for residents, families, and professionals. 

• Build strong relationships with external partners and multidisciplinary teams. 

• Champion a culture of excellence and kindness, aligned with our commitment to outstanding care. 

We’re seeking someone who is: 

• A qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN. 

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a care home setting. 

• Ideally working towards or holding a Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Care qualification. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• A natural ability to lead with empathy and foster a positive team environment.
