Regional Support Manager (Yorkshire & the Midlands)
Full Time | £70,000 + Bonus + Package | Based in West Yorkshire
As our presence in Yorkshire and the Midlands continues to grow,
we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Support Manager to
join our senior operations team - someone who can hit the ground
running, lead with confidence, and make things happen.
This is a
newly created role supporting four homes covering almost 400 beds,
expanding to six services by 2026. You’ll spend most of your time in
our Yorkshire services including two large, purpose-built
commissioning homes in Leeds (160 beds) and Bradford (92 beds) while
also supporting established services in Wolverhampton (81 beds) and
Walsall (54 beds).
You’ll work closely with our forward-thinking
Regional Director, a Nurse-qualified leader with over a decade of
senior experience in health and social care. She’s hands-on,
supportive, and leads by example; the kind of leader who rolls up her
sleeves to get the job done.
Contract
- £70,000 per annum + Annual bonus
- 40 hours per week
- Private medical insurance
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
The Role
As Regional Support Manager, you’ll be the go-to operational
leader across the region advising, guiding, and supporting care homes
to deliver exceptional, person-centred care for people living with
complex physical and mental health needs. You’ll be a mentor, oversee
compliance, and ensure our standards stay consistently
high.
Whether helping to strengthen clinical practice, driving a
turnaround plan, or supporting the Home Manager in day-to-day
leadership, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and a calm, “firm but
fair” approach. You’ll build confidence in teams, identify what needs
to improve, and get it done all while keeping residents at the heart
of every decision.
About You
- Nurse-qualified (desirable but not essential).
- Proven track record as a Registered Manager with strong CQC outcomes.
- Complex care experience – ideally across dementia, neuro, or physical health needs.
- Experienced in turnaround or multi-site support.
- Resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated a natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
- Friendly and approachable, yet confident enough to challenge and drive results.
