The Role
We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our team as Care Assistants on day shifts. You’ll:
 

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care under the guidance of nurses and senior carers.
• Support residents with personal care, daily activities, and companionship.
• Use our easy, picture-based electronic care system to record care.
• Be part of a friendly, stable team making a real difference every day.
   

What We Offer

• £12.60 per hour + paid training and induction
• Full-time or part-time, permanent positions
• Day shift: 07:45–20:00 
• Fixed 2-week rota (alternate weekends, no split shifts)
• Overtime reward scheme for additional hours

About You

• Kind, dependable and passionate about supporting older people
• Experience helpful but not essential — full training given
• Flexible approach to shift work and a positive team attitude
