We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our close-knit team and help our residents live with comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in our team,
ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support. Your work
will help residents enjoy daily routines, maintain independence, and
feel happy, safe, and valued.
What You’ll Do:
Empower Independence: Support residents with daily
routines and encourage self-sufficiency.
Personalized Care: Follow individual care plans and
provide attentive, hands-on support.
Health & Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health and
report concerns to the nursing team.
Champion Dignity: Treat every resident with respect
and kindness.
Social Support: Promote social interaction and create
a warm, welcoming environment.
Safety & Comfort: Maintain clean, safe living
spaces and respond promptly to emergencies.
Nutritional Support: Assist residents who need help
with eating and drinking.
Spread Joy: Bring positivity and smiles to residents’
lives every day.
About You:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred (but not essential), a willingness to learn & grow with us is key
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant is a bonus, but not essential – your passion makes the difference
- You are someone who values teamwork, kindness, and making a real difference in residents’ lives & has a genuine love for caring for others
