Join our friendly team at Maplebrook Care Home, a modern, purpose-built home in Wolverhampton providing high-quality residential and specialist care for up to 81 residents.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. You’ll follow personalised care plans, provide hands-on assistance where needed, and help bring joy and reassurance to every day.

Contract details:

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Dayshift & Nightshift Available 
  • Shift Times: 7am-7pm/7pm - 7am
  • Paid DBS, free uniform, and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
  • Company pension scheme

We’re looking for someone with compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others. Experience in care is ideal, but if you share our values and are eager to learn, we’ll provide full training and ongoing support.

About You:

  • Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
  • Kind, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about supporting older people to live fulfilling, meaningful lives
