What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire your team, coordinate shifts, and provide exceptional, person-centred care. You will:
- Write care plans, complete reviews, and deliver personalised care.
- Oversee safe medication administration and complete MCA assessments.
- Champion training initiatives, including Train the Trainer for moving & handling and act as a Fire Marshal.
- Foster effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues, maintaining a positive, inclusive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Inspirational leadership experience in a care setting.
- Proven ability in writing care plans, completing reviews, and delivering person-centred care.
- Experience with medication administration and MCA assessments.
- Passion for staff development, training, and safety initiatives.
- Strong organisational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
