Nestled
in the historic port town of Bideford, our purpose-built, 67-bed home
supports residents living with Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and
Respite needs. It’s a warm, welcoming place where people feel valued,
safe, and truly cared for.
We’re now looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. Whether you’re experienced in care or taking your first step into a meaningful new career, we’ll support you with full training, great teamwork, and opportunities to grow.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Care Assistant, you’ll make a real difference by helping
residents live each day with dignity, independence, and
joy.
You’ll support with daily routines such as personal care,
dressing, mealtimes, hobbies, and keeping active while building
genuine relationships that brighten someone’s day. You’ll work closely
with colleagues, follow care plans, and communicate any changes in
wellbeing, always putting kindness at the heart of everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience just compassion, reliability, and a desire to help others. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A warm, friendly nature and a genuine interest in caring for others
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A respectful, person-centred approach
- Level 2 in Health & Social Care (helpful but not essential)
