Closing down the Otto Schiff Housing Association

The chair of the Otto Schiff Housing Association, Ashley Mitchell, has spoken to the Guardian in defence of his charity's decision to close down care homes, which has transformed the charity, set up to rescue Jews from Nazi persecution, from a care provider into one of the UK's largest grant-making trusts.
