A leading provider of health and social care has acquired a local supported living service for adults with learning disabilities in Lancashire.
Care UK’s decision to buy Living Ambitions further strengthens its commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
Living Ambitions supports adults with a range of complex conditions, including Asperger’s syndrome, sensory impairments and mental health conditions.
Speaking about the acquisition Libby Eastley, business development director at Care UK, said: “We were particularly impressed by the strong emphasis that the Living Ambitions team places on personalised compassionate care.
“It matches our dedication to designing community based care pathways that enable people to reach their full potential and to lead rewarding, fulfilled lives.
“We have been very impressed with the employees that we’ve met so far and I would like to welcome them into the Care UK family.”
