Managing Director Fred Fennell reflects on a successful 2013:

As we approach the Festive period and the New Year, I feel it is a good time to reflect on what has been a very successful year for Fennell Solutions. In these times where it is extremely difficult to be a Care Home operator due to the legislation constant increases in the depth and coverage of the inspections, our services are becoming increasingly popular.

This year alone we have:

• Successfully removed many preclusions on placements

• Turned a vast amount of CQC black crosses (a few red as well!!), into green ticks

• Filled 100’s of empty beds

• Help to improve the financial viability of many 30 Care Homes

• We have stopped the imminent closure of Homes and made them successful

2014 shows no signs of slowing down either as we look to further expand the recruitment side of the business, implement new innovative marketing methods and to also carefully grow our team of experts to cope with the demand whilst also maintaining our high standards.

We would like to thank all of our clients for their cooperation and for trusting in us to help turn their businesses around. We feel 2014 is going to be another successful year and we look forward to all the challenges ahead!
