Bespoke Care sell 80 bed care home in Thorne, Doncaster

The purpose-built 80-bed care home known as Northfield Care Centre in Thorne, Near Doncaster, has been sold to MPS Care Group. Acting for the vendors, Prestige Care Group, Bespoke Care approached a select number of parties with regards to this opportunity. The sale was tightly managed and once a sale was agreed the transaction concluded within a few months. Northfield Care Centre provides accommodation for 80 service users in generously proportioned single bedrooms with en-suite wet room facilities; spacious public areas; as well as activity rooms, a hairdressing salon and therapy rooms. The care home is located adjacent to a very busy and large GP practice, the town library and is within walking distance of the Sainsbury’s supermarket and the busy town centre of Thorne.
