Slenderline – still the slimmest LST radiator on the UK market

With a wall to front face depth of only 75mm, Autron’s Slenderline range of LST radiators is still the slimmest on the market. This makes them ideal for installation in environments where space is at a premium but the availability of a safe surface temperature heating source is a must.

Such locations would include busy nursery and school corridors and classrooms, as well as bedrooms in nursing and care home environments and of course bathroom and toilet facilities.

Slenderline is available in two wall-mounted styles; open-bottomed or fully enclosed with a ‘to the floor’ inlet grille. The open-bottomed model is for designed for areas such as bathrooms and toilets where hygiene maintenance will include the regular cleaning of floors and walls under a radiator. Each style is available in a choice of 5 case heights across 12 lengths, ranging from 661mm to 2911mm long as standard.

The Slenderline range uses Auton’s innovative and highly efficient copper aluminum emitter and is available with a choice of either the 3H1W model for use with conventional heating sources or with a 5H1W emitter, purpose designed for use with the lower flow temperatures associated with more energy efficient condensing boilers. Wattage outputs are available from 189 to 2570 Watts depending on model size and emitter.

To provide both strength and protection against corrosion, Slenderline LST casing is manufactured from 1.2mm zinc coated steel. As an additional safety feature and in common with all Autron LSTs, the Slenderline casing is finished in tough white PPC paint finish incorporating BioCote® antimicrobial protection. BioCote is a unique, patented additive that provides an effective, safe and long lasting solution to combating a wide range of dangerous bacteria, including MRSA and E.coli.
