Tracey Hartley is Manager of the Month

Tracey Hartley features in the new April issue of Care Home Professional magazine as their ‘Manager of the Month’.

Tracey, Registered Manager of Longridge Hall Care Home, near Preston, talked to the magazine about her keys to delivering great care.

After joining the home as a senior care assistant in 2008, Tracey has worked her way up to become deputy manager and then manager six years ago. She recently celebrated her 15-year work anniversary.
