DC Care Sells Harper House

On behalf of our client Gail Fraser, DC Care is delighted to announce the sale of Harper House, a mental health care home in Wolverhampton registered for 15 residents.

Harper House is a substantial detached property with accommodation arranged over the ground floor and first floor. During the two decades that our client operated the care home, its reputation was strong, resulting in high occupancy levels.

DC Care was instructed to market the home and a suitable buyer was identified in the form of a local care operator.

The sale of Harper House was overseen by DC Care’s Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Clare Duffey. Andy and I will miss our conversations with Gail and we would like to wish her all the best for the future."
