Popular Cardiff care home sold as owner retires after 30 years

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Pontcanna House Care Home in Cardiff, South Wales.

Pontcanna House is an established care home business that occupies a converted 27-bedroom property on Llandaff Road in Cardiff.

It has been owned by Pontcanna House Ltd for over 30 years and was brought to market to enable retirement.

Following a confidential sales process with Oliver McCarthy at Christie & Co, the home has been purchased by Harry Singh, a new market entrant who plans to expand throughout South Wales.

Pontcanna House Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
