Established Kent nursing home sold to local operator

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of St Margaret’s Nursing Home in Hythe, Kent.

St Margaret’s is an established, ‘Good’ rated nursing home that is registered for up to 25 residents. Located in a good position next to Waitrose in the town centre of Hythe, Kent, the property also has previous planning permission to extend.

Following the confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Vini Aujla, who already operates a successful care home in Hythe.

St Margaret’s Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
