Kings Court Care Home in Middlebeck, Newark on Trent, part of HC-One, is delighted to announce the success of its Macmillan Coffee Morning, held in partnership with Urban & Civic as a special Middlebeck community event.

The event brought together residents, families, colleagues, and members of the local community for a morning of coffee, cakes, and conversation – all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. Thanks to the generosity of all who attended, an impressive £127.77 was raised to help Macmillan continue its vital work supporting the 3.5 million people in the UK living with cancer.

Donations of cakes and baked treats, along with enthusiastic contributions from guests, made the morning a heart-warming celebration of community spirit.

Kings Court Care Home, a warm and welcoming residential and residential dementia care home in Newark, is proud to continue building strong ties with the Middlebeck community. Hosting the Macmillan Coffee Morning is just one of the many ways the home helps bring people together while supporting charities that make a real impact.
