Celebrating Our Grand Opening

We had a wonderful day at Shawford Springs Care Home, marking the Grand Opening of our second residential floor with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the Mayor of Winchester, Cllr Sudhakar Achwal.

The event featured live entertainment, joyful dancing from our residents, delicious refreshments, and guided tours of our beautiful new spaces, including our dedicated Memory Lane area for those living with dementia.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special acknowledgment to our outstanding team - Cassie, Emma, Jon, Ben, Joanne, and all our dedicated staff - who make Shawford Springs a true home filled with warmth, compassion, & community spirit.
