Today is the final day of Stress Awareness Week

Today we are sharing how our Manager de-stresses. Chris is Highbury’s Home Manager, she has been with us for over 5 years, and an fundamental part of the home, supporting our team and residents, and has recently helped us achieve our Good CQC and PAMMS rating. She is always on call and as you can imagine a role like this can be quite stressful! To help Chris unwind, she enjoys going to her house in France (pictured below) and listening to her favourite singer Nat King Cole.
