Kings Court Care Home Launches “Talkin’ Tables”

HC-One’s Kings Court Care Home in Newark is delighted to announce the relaunch of its popular coffee afternoon as “Talkin’ Tables Afternoon Tea”, a warm and welcoming community event designed to bring people together over tea, homemade cakes, and good conversation.

Starting Thursday 13th November, and running every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm, Kings Court will open its doors to residents, families, and members of the local community to join in a relaxed social gathering aimed at reducing loneliness and building connections.

Talkin’ Tables is a national initiative that encourages people to sit down, chat, and make new friends in a safe and inclusive environment. Kings Court Care Home is proud to be an official Talkin’ Tables venue, helping to “conquer loneliness one table at a time.”
