Donna's Fundraiser for Dementia UK - Barchester Hunters Care Home

Donna, her partner Anthony and Willow will be walking the 100K March dog walking challenge to raise money for Dementia UK. Having worked with those living with Dementia for 20 years, currently part of the team at Hunter's Care Centre, Donna has signed up to the challenge. Dementia UK is a national charity, committed to improving the quality of life of everyone impacted by dementia. The charity provides specialist Dementia Nurses, known as Admiral Nurses.
