Easter Celebrations 2-4th April

Westergate House will be celebrating Easter this year by making personalised Easter Cards and decorating the home. This will be followed by a wonderful Roast Lamb Lunch and Easter Eggs and Treats for everyone. Traditional Church Services will be held.

Saturday 3rd ‘Doris Day’s Birthday’

We will be listening and singing along to Doris Day’s most famous songs and spend the afternoon with a Glass of Wine Watching the Film: ‘Young at Heart’

Wednesday 7th April World Health Day

Westergate House will be raising awareness for World Health Day. The theme this year is protecting health from Climate Change.

Tuesday 13th April Live Talk from V&A Dundee

A talk about how the museum was created and its connection to the V&A

Wednesday 21st
Cheese and Wine afternoon

Friday 23rd St Georges Day

Residents will reminisce about the Traditions and History of St George while listening to British Anthem Music.

Thursday 27th International Guide Dog Day

Westergate House will be holding a Photo Competition ‘Personality Pets’. Send in photos of your pets that look like celebrities to win a hamper
Thursday 27th Live Talk from Five Sisters Zoo

A talk about the conservation and rescue work at the zoo

Friday 30th International Jazz Day

Residents and Staff will be treated to traditional Jazz Music followed by a Cheese and Wine afternoon while listening to
Jazz Legends in Concert
