- Alexandra House Residential Denbigh welcomes visits from family members, friends and relevant professionals in order to maintain meaningful relationships and promote the wellbeing of individuals residing at the service. Visits are encouraged and supported in a flexible and person-centred manner, whilst also ensuring the safety, privacy and comfort of all individuals living within the home. Visitors are asked to contact the service in advance where possible to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made, particularly during meal times, appointments or periods where individuals may require rest or personal care support. The service aims to accommodate visits at times that are convenient for both individuals and their loved ones whilst maintaining the smooth operation of the home. All visitors are expected to respect the dignity, confidentiality and routines of individuals residing within the service. Measures may occasionally be implemented in line with health, infection prevention or safeguarding guidance to ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of everyone within the home.
Parking
- Parking at the Prestatyn property may at times be limited due to the location and availability of surrounding spaces. Where possible, visitors are encouraged to allow additional time when attending the service. Staff will provide guidance regarding suitable parking arrangements where required to help ensure safe access to the property.
