Job Overview
Are you be passionate about providing engaging and stimulating
activities for residents, promoting their well-being and quality of
life. We are looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our team
at a care home facility in Kendal. As an Activities Coordinator,
you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering an ongoing programme
of activities and events which engage residents, promote their
independence and are tailored to meet their individual needs. You’ll
get to know them, find out what they love to do, or perhaps used to
love to do, and find ways of creating new memories with them.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate a variety of activities and events for
residents, taking into account their interests and abilities

Collaborate with staff to integrate activities into the overall care
plan
- Maintain records of activities, attendance, and resident
participation
- Ensure activities comply with health and safety regulations
The role entails working 7-10 hour across the week, please state in your application your preferred working pattern. We are unable to provide Sponsorship.
