Night Care Team Leader

Marjorie House Residential Home, Lilliput, Poole, BH14 8LT

Up to £15.35 per hour + paid breaks
-  NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required.

Part Time - 24 hours per week to include alternate weekends
Come and join our brand-new team at Care South, Marjorie House - a spectacular 50 bed specialist dementia and residential care home in Lilliput, Poole.

Our new purpose-built Art Deco building has stunning views over Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.

You’ll be able to support our residents in a safe and caring environment where they can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to our residents - working alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants.
• Ensure your night care team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift.
• Administration of medication to residents.
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families.
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with our Care South policy.

Who we are looking for:
A natural leader within our caring profession!
We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents – you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.
You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
