As the Customer Relations Manager at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for growing the pipeline of new residents looking to join the home.

Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153-bed care home in
Peterborough. The home prides itself on the surrounding gardens that
grow flowers and a variety of different vegetables.
The level of care at Ashlynn Grange is exceptional, and all staff love to keep residents entertained with a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage. Our newly refurbished café is available to our residents and their visitors, serving a variety of fresh tea, coffee and cakes daily.
About the role:
The Sales Manager, known internally as a Customer Relationship
Manager, is the primary point of contact for enquiries from
prospective future residents. Working alongside the management team,
you’ll ensure occupancy and average weekly fees exceed our realistic targets.
It’s not just sales though, we want someone who can own the function, but also embed themselves in the community; raising awareness of our homes, making lasting partnerships and driving our business forward – our referral sources are really important.
Salary:
Competitive salary, depending on experience, plus commission.
Shift Pattern:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility to
support on weekends when required.
Home Location:
Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ.
