My uncle is very well cared for, and we are truly happy that he is a resident at Ashlynn Grange Care Home. Knowing that he is in such capable and caring hands gives us great peace of mind.
Thank you all for your excellent work, dedication, and support. Your commitment to providing high-quality care is greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such an amazing review about our team and the care that we provide for your Uncle. This really does mean so much to us all here at Ashlynn Grange and I will be sure to share with the team .
We came for a celebration in one of the community areas. The lady in car park was very helpful and polite, and walked us around. Inside, we met the rest of our group. The staff were nice but very over the top in my opinion - pictures of this, pictures for that, wanting to promote. The food was a good mixture, but hot food plate cold. The place was well decorated and generally clean. Staff just seemed nice but over the top - as if for display with family/friends.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your visit to Ashlynn Grange.
We are pleased to hear that you found our staff helpful and polite as we strive to create a warm, welcoming environment and to capture special moments during celebrations for residents and their loved...
I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care.

We were made to feel welcomed on our "look around visit". My father in law has been there since the end of February 2026. All the staff are so friendly, supportive, helpful, polite and communicate with us when needed. There are lots of activities for the residents to take part in daily, and as family we are welcomed to attend/join in. My father in law has said to me the food is lovely. Ashlynn grange is a lovely and friendly care home.
Thank you for your amazing review about our home and your Father in Law's experience at Ashlynn Grange. It really does means so much to our team in relation to your amazing feedback about the care we provide, activities hosted and dining experience at Ashlynn Grange too. Thank you very much!
The care home provided a lovely room which had been decorated for her with banners and balloons (thank you lifestyles team) and the kitchen staff provided a delicious afternoon tea with birthday cake and extra sandwiches.
The party was a great success.
The staff are friendly and caring and have looked after mum well over the years she has lived in Harvester Unit. They communicate with me when they need to update me on doctor check ups and any issues and keep mum safe & comfortable.
It's lovely that the Units are all on the ground floor so when the warmer weather arrives the residents are able to sit outside. Each Unit has an enclosed garden which is a safe environment for those with dementia.
Thank you for your sincere words following your Mum's 100th Birthday. It really was a lovely day and thank you so much for your great review about our Care Team, Lifestyles Team and Catering Team too! I will be sure to share your kind sentiments with them and we are all looking forward to being...

This was my first visit, the lad on reception was very friendly and helpful, as was the home manager. It was a short visit, but I thought the home was wonderful. Cannot comment on the food as not experienced it.

Polite and helpful staff always. Provide drinks for me and resident. Friendly attitude. Welcoming of me and treat me as a necessary n welcome visitor, rather than just do their minimum job. Think I would recommend the place to others because of that.

My stay at Ashlynn Grange was much appreciated, as I needed a change of residence for a break from my usual routine. The staff were very helpful, and I could not have asked for better care. I give all the staff my thanks for all their help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a great review about Ashlynn Grange. It really is very much appreciated by us all here at the home!
I just wanted to show my appreciation for what this care home establishment is doing for my family. My aunt who has deteriorated this last half a year has been a testing time for everyone from multiple hospital stays to rehabilitation into her home after her husband of 53 years passed away suddenly making my aunt without a carer. She did amazing during this time but in the end, her body and mind didn't take well to this drastic change. After laughter and tears, my beautiful aunt has now a home at Ashlynn and with the first week being a challenge again with her health, the care home kept me fully informed of how they would support my aunt in and out of hospital. The staff at Harvester have been nothing but supportive and positive to give my aunty the best outcomes from double checking medication from the hospital to booking her next medication check ups. My aunt joins in weekly activities and even says she enjoys it. She has made some friends and has connected with the staff. Thankloads
Thank you for your kind words and great review about Ashlynn Grange. Your words mean so much to all of our team here at the home. Thank you so much!
We have found this home very welcoming and a happy place. All the staff are lovely, and all seem happy in their work. My husband is well cared for in every way. He is encouraged to join in with activities. His medical needs are well cared for, and they (the staff) are always vigilant in how he is.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review. The team and I appreciate your kind words immensely!
I am very happy with the care services for my mother; the food is excellent, especially the birthday cakes. All staff are very helpful and I enjoy the activities, my mother had a great birthday party that I had also joined in and it was very good.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback about about your experience with our home - we appreciate it a lot! Thank you!
Very nice and friendly people, no complaints. The staff is brilliant and very helpful and polite, mum had a lovely birthday with beautiful cake and decorations. I appreciate everything that staff has done for mum. I would recommend Ashlynn to who needs to be taken care of.
Thank you so much for your lovely review about the care we provide here at Ashlynn Grange. Your great review and feedback really is very much appreciated by us all here at the home!
Very pleased with the staff engagement and support for my mum, who enjoys the planned activities.
Thank you so much for your feedback - it really is very much appreciated by us all here at the home!
Ashlynn Grange has exceeded my hopes for my mum moving in. I enjoy coming to see mum - all the staff are so welcoming and friendly and helpful, and I've nearly learnt all their names. They all treat my mum with kindness and respect, which gives me a great deal of happiness and peace of mind when I'm not here. I really do feel so grateful knowing mum is looked after. I enjoy coming and taking part in the events and activities. I always appreciate the staff getting Mum involved in the activities. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your lovely review about the care we provide here at Ashlynn Grange. It really means a lot to us all here at the home!
This care home is lovely, and friendly faces greet you all over the site, with always smiling staff. On Dad's 97th birthday, the staff sang to him and even gave him a cake made by the chef. This is a very caring place for Dad to be looked after at this time of his life.
Thank you for your taking the time to review your experience at Ashlynn Grange. We all appreciate your kind words here at the home!
