Mum has settled in really well; she enjoys the company of other residents and care staff. We are kept informed as to her health updates and any problems as they arise. We receive regular emails with info as to what is happening in Harlech House and invites to events. She is happy, and that's what matters.

The carers go out of their way to welcome visitors. The carers go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy and have all their needs taken care of.

They are so warm and welcoming ever since we were looking for full time care, doesn't matter what time we visit they are welcoming. It's been a god send able to know that she is safe.
The privacy of have her own room for quiet when needed.
And for activities coordinator and the rest of the entertainment
team they are amazing have lots of activities throughout the day and days out.
It's always clean and tidy with nice outside space.
I would recommend for the care and compassion and give 5 stars to all there staff.

Our mother went into Ashlynn Grange care home for 11 days respite. She received excellent care and was treated with respect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and appeared to work very hard. The only disappointing aspect was the lack of any activities. Although mum has dementia, she goes
to a day centre normally and enjoys taking part in all sorts of activities. It seemed that the residents were just placed in front of the TV all day.

Well where do I start. My Uncle came into Goodwins Hall in June, not in the best of health, but was given outstanding care for the nine weeks that he was there, but sadly passed away. The nurse who called to inform me of my uncles passing was so so caring & compassionate. I couldn't have wished to have
found a better home for him. The care was amazing & every single member of staff was exceptional bar none. We were always offered drinks & cakes that were freshly made on site which are truly mouth watering & enjoyable. The gardens are so well kept & inviting. The home is spotlessly clean & the residents are their highest priority.

My mother who is 97 has been at Amberley Hall for 2 years and 4 months. On admission she was very frail and underweight and had lost interest in life. With the home's excellent care Mum is now 2 stone heavier, bright and full of life. The home let us use the farmhouse kitchen and garden to host my sister's
70th birthday tea for a few hours so Mum could be there and she enjoyed it so much. All the staff at Amberley Hall are caring and interested in the residents, I can't thank them enough.

Mum has been here just over two years during which time her health has declined due to her age and stage. The care home has adjusted quickly and efficiently to accommodate her changing needs. Without exception the staff are all caring and considerate and always willing to help. I am visiting from Australia
and am made to feel welcome at all times I visit.

Before moving into Ashlynn Grange my dad had completely withdrawn from life, refusing to come out of his bedroom in his own home. He has now been living at Ashlynn Grange for 4 weeks and is a changed man. The staff at Ashlynn Grange are all lovely and friendly, and are very encouraging. He now eats
really well and has put on some much needed weight. The chef even cooked him something different when he didn't like what was on offer for dinner one day.
Dad is joining in with lots of activities from crafts to armchair exercises, to singing and dancing, and a trip out for a pub lunch, where my mum and I were invited along too. They have a great app where they share photos and videos of the activities that have been going on.
Ashlynn Grange has been a life saver for us as a family. I would recommend this care home to anyone in need, in fact I already have recommended Ashlynn Grange to a friend.

A very pleasant place to stay. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to get involved with. The other residents were very friendly. My wife was there for intensive physiotherapy to get her more mobile. My wife and I both feel that she wasn't receiving enough physiotherapy. Other
