I have worked in the NHS and private sectors for many years and bring a wealth of experience here at Athena Care Homes.
My passion is to ensure that every single resident receives the highest standard of care through providing all of our colleagues with the skills and tools to do their job effectively.

Alex has been a valued member of the Aria team for nearly 10 years, beginning as a Carer, progressing to CHAP, and now serving as Residential Care Manager.
Passionate about building relationships, Alex enjoys spending time with residents to ensure they feel happy, safe, and supported. Originally from Romania, Alex brings a wealth of international experience to his role.
Amber joined Athena Care Homes in May 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a heartfelt passion for supporting families and future residents. Her genuine dedication to guiding families through the important journey of finding the right home for their loved ones is what makes her role so fulfilling.
She works across all three of our Cambridgeshire homes—Alex Wood and Langdon House in Cambridge, and Aria Court in March, ensuring every family receives the care and reassurance they deserve.
Tracey has worked at Aria Court as a Business Administrator for two years and love the pace, variety, and teamwork the role offers. She enjoys connecting with residents and their families, helping to create a welcoming environment. Before joining Aria, Tracey gained extensive experience in customer service, administration, and logistics, working for companies such as BUPA, Alliance & Leicester, and Unilever.
Angie has worked with Athena for four years and brings over a decade of administrative experience within the care sector, following a 20-year career as a commercial bank manager.
Working at Aria is truly rewarding — the team and residents mean everything to me. Outside of work, I love travelling and spending time with my family, who are my greatest priority.
