My wife has been in care now for 6 years and she is very settled in Aria Court. The staff treat the residents with a friendly attitude and are very approachable and conscientious. All her needs are catered for without any issues. I receive constant feedback straight away if there are any issues with her health and mobility.
Thank you for your feedback on the care your wife receives, it is our mission to make sure we deliver excellent standards in care. I will be sure to share your feedback with the broader team.
Wonderful day for the platinum jubilee, BBQ, and street party at Aria Court. Food was lovely, lots of choice. Management were present and all staff were very friendly and up dancing. Managers came and introduced themselves which was a lovely touch. Very welcoming and all the residents were having a lovely time and in really good spirits. Brought Nan's friend along for the day and she was welcomed and also had a lovely time. Great atmosphere on the day and the entertainment was really good.
Thank you for your kind feedback on the home. It's fantastic to hear that you and your family had a great time at one of our recent open days, please do continue to join us on our future open days. I will be sure to share your feedback with the team.
Came to pick Nan up to take her for dinner. Carers brought her to reception and she was all ready to come out and looked lovely. Staff were very friendly when I was there. Nan was telling me about the activities she had been doing that day and that she always gets involved and has a great time doing different things each day. Also told me how lovely the food was that she had been having and that the chicken casserole was lovely!
Thank you for your review of the home and the care your loved one receives here at Aria Court. I will be sure to share your feedback with the team.
Was greeted at the door by a member of staff who was very friendly and helpful, she had my nan dressed and ready for our family gathering and made sure she had all our bits for the day. We were also greeted on our return which made my nan very happy and comfortable, she made sure she got a nice cuppa tea and PJs ready for bed as she had a long day.
Thank you for your feedback of the home and the care your grandmother receives. It's always our aim to make sure that those in our care receive exemplary standards from morning to night. I will be sure to share your feedback with the team.
Since the new manager came the home is now doing more than ever. The home is cleaner, better organised, better communication, more helpful and above all the care is outstanding. I'm so thankful for the support myself and my dad have received. Thank you Aria Court.
Thank you for your kind words in reviewing the support you and your father have received. It's a pleasure to work with you to reach mutually agreed outcomes and deliver quality care for your father. I will be sure to share your feedback with the team.
Great management and staff, always willing to help. Good activities and very good care.
I will be sure to pass your feedback to the team. Thank you.
My wife is looked after very well, she is spoilt sometimes. I have always been pleased with the staff and help given to me.
Thank you for your kind feedback on the home and the care and support provided to your wife. I will ensure your feedback is shared with the team. Thank you.
This is the best home I have come across for my wife. She has been in it for 3 and a half years and seems to be very happy.
Thank you so much for your feedback on the home, I would love the opportunity to be able to discuss the facilities the home can offer and any other domains you feel the home could improve upon. We are always striving to strengthen our practice and deliver excellence. Please do feel free to come and see me next time you are visiting. Thank you again.
Excellent communication between unit staff and ourselves regarding health issues. All staff are polite and helpful including reception and management. A very friendly and homely atmosphere. Pleasant gardens and excellent activities. I would be quite settled in this environment.
Thank you for your kind review of the home and the provisions we deliver. I will ensure your feedback is shared with the team.
My mother has been at Aria Court Care Home for the last 5 years, in that time she has come to regard her community as her home. Very happy to stay there, she absolutely loves all the extra activities that are laid on by the staff, admittedly her favourite is the gardening club, now named the happy potters. Singing, baking, and painting are just a few of the numerous things they do to fill the residents' time. Staff are friendly and willing to assist in any requests that the family has. From the moment you walk through the front door of Aria Court you are met by people who are friendly and professional, exceedingly helpful, and very reassuring. The in-house catering is exceptional as mum loves her food this is a big bonus. It gives us the family such peace of mind to know that not only is mum being well looked after by kind people but that she is so happy. The home is well maintained and smells clean, we can not thank the whole team enough for such a brilliant outcome to mums twilight years.
Thank you for your review of Aria Court. It's so lovely to hear that you and Mum have a positive experience of the home and those that work within the team. Thank you again for your kind words - I will ensure it is shared back with the wider team.
My husband has been in Aria Court for a few months now and I cannot praise the home and all the care staff enough. They have made his transition from “home to home” so smooth not only for him but also for myself and my family too. He enjoys every aspect of the home from the wonderful nutritional meals to the daily activities they provide, even a lovely walk around the town on the last bank holiday to see the street party. We would recommend Aria to anyone needing this transition.
Thank you for your review of Aria Court. It's lovely to hear that your partner has settled into the home well and that you have felt included in that too. As a home, we continue to aim to ensure the environment is of the same standard as the care we provide; always striving for excellence in all...
It was a desperately sad situation putting our mum into care, but in the end, we had no choice; we could not cope at home. We chose Aria Court because a family friend's mother was a resident and recommended. Three of us came to March and were shown around. Everything almost felt too good to be true, it was so good. But it pretty much turned out to be true. The manager and reception staff are professional, friendly, helpful and reassuring. Good first impression. The staff on Heron are kind to our mum - they look after her - we know that it is not easy because of the challenges she presents. The only concern we have had was the use of agency nurses. There was a huge gap in continuity. They got to know the residents as they moved on to their next post. The new arrival didn't know our mum's "normal", so didn't necessarily recognise her being unwell. The arrival of a permanent nurse is we believe the missing link. Thay you to all at Aria Court - you are appreciated.
Much like the rest of the country, we have had difficulties with Nursing Recruitment; however, with new team members set to join and complement the existing team, we are confident that those concerns will...
My family's association with Aria Court started in June 2021. The accommodation (ie rooms and communal areas) have all been updated and are comfy and airy and relaxing. The care shown has been excellent and accommodating in sometimes difficult circumstances. I'm happy to have found Aria Court and feel my relative has benefitted from the care and safety the home offers.
Thank you for your review of Aria Court. It's lovely to hear that you and you and your family have found the experience of the home positive. As a home, we continue to aim to ensure the environment is of the same standard as the care we provide; always striving for excellence. I will share your feedback with the team; which I'm confident will be warmly received. Thank you.
When we were faced with the difficult decision of placing my father-in-law in a home for end-of-life care it was very difficult to make the call of taking him from his home and all his belongings. I cannot explain the help and support that we received from all members of staff in this transition. I recommend this home to all who are going through this tough time as they truly do care.
Thank you for your kind feedback on the home and the service we provide, it's always our aim to work to the individual needs of each family member and resident. I will make sure your feedback is shared with the team.
Residents well cared for by all the team. During Covid lockdown, the team worked hard to ensure FaceTime calls were available, great to be able to chat with Mum, even when we were unable to visit. A big well done, and thank you to all the team.
Thank you for your kind feedback about the home and the care your mother receives. It is our pleasure. I will share your feedback with the team.
Having made the difficult decision that it was time for mum to go into residential care last summer, we finally settled upon Aria Court Care Home in March. This has been an excellent choice, and we could not be happier with the care our beloved mum receives. The staff go above and beyond for the residents, not just in care but in the daily activities provided. These were even more important during lockdown when visits were not permitted. The infection control champions do their best to accommodate visits and are always friendly, helpful and professional and the manager works tirelessly, I have never known him not to be available when needed. We cannot speak highly enough of Aria Court, its facilities and all of its staff. We can't wait until we will be allowed in to sample some of the delicious food that is on offer daily!
Thank you for your kind word, the home tries to make sure that they are always contactable and approachable. It's important for us that you and the rest of your family are involved in your loved ones' care and that you enabled to be their advocate. Thank you so much.
Aria Court is very homely the staff and management could not be any more accommodating, friendly and helpful. Earlier this year myself and my brothers had a tough decision to make regarding our Mum's well-being due to ill health and possible early-onset dementia and after considering our various options of different homes in the area we set our hearts on Aria Court and after several talks with management, our minds were made up that this was the ideal place for our Mum. Mum has now been at Aria Court since the end of March 2021 and we can already see a vast improvement in her quality of life, she has made new friends, engages in and enjoys the various activities, she is always smiling plus even through the recent lockdown, we were still able to visit whether this be via a pod visit or well organise within guidelines a face to face visit. Aria Court involves the families every step of the way and even considers the wellbeing of the families. Aria Court is fantastic.
Amanda, thank you for your kind review of Aria Court. It's lovely to hear that you and your mum have found the experience of the home positive. I will share your feedback with the team; which I'm confident will be warmly received. Thank you.
I couldn’t be more thankful to the team at Aria, they have given mum quality of life and it’s something we just couldn’t do at home any more. The manager and the team have gone out of their way to support me to still have contact with mum and have really been supportive of me and my daughter in adjusting to mum not being at home now. Last month we were offered to attend a relative meeting by zoom and I’m no good with zoom so the manager and the infection control team have helped me with that too. When I get to speak to mum the team are there to help her understand and to encourage her, and when I had my contact visit I couldn’t believe how much they did and were doing. I came away feeling safe and knowing mum was safe.
Thank you for your kind feedback - it is always a pleasure to get such lovely feedback to share with the team.
Extremely happy with the way Aria Court has looked after my grandma throughout the pandemic and particularly the way they have reassured and updated family throughout. It has been wonderful to be able to stay in touch with her even though we can not visit her.
Thank you so much for your kind words, they are very much appreciated. We will share your lovely feedback with the team. Thank you.
I think the home is outstanding, staff are friendly and helpful, food is what you would expect from a restaurant. It is always clean and management are very approachable and go out of their way to help or find a way to make things work.
Thank you for your kind feedback. It's always our aim to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience of the home at all times. Your feedback really helps cement that we are going a great job. We will ensure that this is circulated with the team. Thank you again.
