My husband was invited to Valentine's lunch in the Aria Court Home. We joined other guests and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. 50's, 60's music in the background with sings long songs, the tables and room was decorated and each lady was presented with a red chocolate. It's an unforgettable

Our dad was only a resident at Aria Court Care Home for 6 weeks but during that time Dad was treated with dignity, respect and most importantly kindness. All the family agreed that Dad was living in the best place that he could be. Dad had dementia and sadly became very ill very quickly. Dad went to
hospital but the family decided that we wanted Dad to have his final days back at Aria Court - it was the best decision we made. During Dad's final hours, Dad was looked after by staff who were so caring and considerate of Dad's needs and the family's needs. Fantastic staff!
Reply from Mr Abhilash Gopi, General Manager at Aria Court Care HomeThank you for your kind words on the care your dad has received at Aria Court Care Home, we will feedback to the team who have delivered care to your dad.

Dad arrived at Aria Court due to him being too difficult for his previous care home not being able to meet his needs. Aria Court assessed Dad and took him into their care. Whilst Dad sadly passed away in January 2023 due to illness, whilst at Aria Court, he was treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
All staff - carers, management, nurses, catering and reception - were kind, helpful, efficient and professional towards my sister and me. I have nothing but the highest praise. Thank you.
Reply from Mr Abhilash Gopi, General Manager at Aria Court Care HomeDear Kevin, thank you for your kind review, and we will share it with all our staff who cared for Dad. I am sure they would really appreciate such positive feedback. Wishing all is well with you and your family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Heron Aria Court when they held a three-course 'Little Italy' meal where the service, attention and assistance were absolutely first class with the meal being of brilliant quality and a wonderful tasteful experience both in preparation and taste. It was a lovely
opportunity to spend a marvellous evening with family and friends.

Wonderful day for the platinum jubilee, BBQ, and street party at Aria Court. Food was lovely, lots of choice. Management were present and all staff were very friendly and up dancing. Managers came and introduced themselves which was a lovely touch. Very welcoming and all the residents were having a
lovely time and in really good spirits. Brought Nan's friend along for the day and she was welcomed and also had a lovely time. Great atmosphere on the day and the entertainment was really good.

Came to pick Nan up to take her for dinner. Carers brought her to reception and she was all ready to come out and looked lovely. Staff were very friendly when I was there. Nan was telling me about the activities she had been doing that day and that she always gets involved and has a great time doing
different things each day. Also told me how lovely the food was that she had been having and that the chicken casserole was lovely!

Was greeted at the door by a member of staff who was very friendly and helpful, she had my nan dressed and ready for our family gathering and made sure she had all our bits for the day. tea and PJs ready for bed as she had a long day.

My mother has been at Aria Court Care Home for the last 5 years, in that time she has come to regard her community as her home. Very happy to stay there, she absolutely loves all the extra activities that are laid on by the staff, admittedly her favourite is the gardening club, now named the happy potters.
Singing, baking, and painting are just a few of the numerous things they do to fill the residents' time. Staff are friendly and willing to assist in any requests that the family has. From the moment you walk through the front door of Aria Court you are met by people who are friendly and professional, exceedingly helpful, and very reassuring. The in-house catering is exceptional as mum loves her food this is a big bonus. It gives us the family such peace of mind to know that not only is mum being well looked after by kind people but that she is so happy. The home is well maintained and smells clean, we can not thank the whole team enough for such a brilliant outcome to mums twilight years.
Reply from Mavrick Feast, General Manager at Aria Court Care HomeThank you for your review of Aria Court. Current Review Score: 9.4 (9.358)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.4 (9.358) out of 10 for Aria Court Care Home is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.6 out of 5 from 17 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 16 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.588 for Aria Court Care Home is calculated as follows: ( (147 Excellents x 5) + (43 Goods x 4) + (5 Satisfactorys x 3) + (5 Poors x 2) + (4 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 204 Ratings = 4.588
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.77 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Aria Court Care Home is based on 16 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.9
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 92 registered maximum number of service users is 18.4. 16 Positive Reviews ÷ 18.4 = 0.87
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Everyone has a story to tell, and nothing gives me more pleasure than ensuring that our residents, their families, community friends and staff are all fully supported and welcomed here in our home.

If there is anything that I can do to help, please do not hesitate to ask or call, and I look forward to meeting you and assisting you at Aria Court very soon!
