Since the first time I looked around Aria Court last August 2017, I have been met with respect and kindness which made my mind up, I was put at rest so easily for the care I knew my mum would receive, which was exceeded over and beyond my expectations. The staff have treated my mum with the respect and care I so wished for her. It puts my mind at rest knowing I can go away and leave my mum in the nursing home in perfectly good hands.
Keep up the good work, you're the tops.
Staff always very pleasant and helpful.
Carers and nurses are very good.
Following a stroke, brain damage can cause multiple problems to the patient, family and carers. The staff here tried, at all times, to ameliorate these problems and have succeeded on many levels.
This is a well run, caring home.
My mother was treated with extreme kindness and was allowed to keep her dignity. She was allowed to have all her own things around her, the room was large, light and airy and nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed to come and go as we pleased.

Meet the Team (9)

Hello, I am Sreeja, and I am the Home Manager here at Aria Court.
Nursing runs in my family, and from an early age, I knew that I wanted to follow in my mother’s footsteps and dedicate my life to caring for others.I obtained my BSc in General Nursing in India, specialising in intensive care and stem cell transplants.
Once in the UK, I was commended for my clinical management and expert patient care as Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputy General Manager for one of the largest care home providers in the country.
As an experienced Home Manager, I know instinctively what outstanding care provision looks like, and it is my responsibility to ensure that our residents here at Aria Court receive this every single day. The whole team are passionate and committed to providing the highest standard of Residential, Dementia, and Nursing Care always.
I fully understand the trust that residents and their families place in us when they choose Aria Court, and I take this responsibility very seriously. It is a true privilege to get to know our residents and their families and friends, listen to their life stories, and share meaningful moments together while creating happy memories in a warm and supportive environment.
If there is ever anything I can do to help, you would like to talk about the care we provide or find out more about our short stay respite breaks, please do not hesitate to get in touch. My door is always open, and I look forward to welcoming you to Aria Court very soon!

Hello, my name is Sowmiya, and I am the Deputy Manager here at Aria Court.
My Nursing career began 10 years ago at India’s top-rated Hospital in Bangalore, where I gained my BSc in General Nursing and caring for older people has always been very close to my heart. I bring a wealth of experience from many years working extensively in Residential Care / Dementia Care and Nursing Homes throughout Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
As regional Clinical Deputy Manager for one of the U.K’s largest care providers, I supported multiple facilities, ensuring quality care was consistently delivered, and the highest standards of clinical care were always provided for residents.
Supporting our team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care is my number one priority at Aria Court, and I thoroughly enjoy mentoring, training and supporting our team members in their careers too!
My vision is to ensure that our residents here at the home feel valued, safe, and empowered to live dignified, fulfilling lives whilst at the same time continuously enhancing our care practices through innovation, training, and collaboration - ensuring that we provide exceptional support tailored to every resident’s bespoke care needs.
I look forward to welcoming you to Aria Court soon and supporting you, your family and friends in any way I can!

I started at Aria Court in 2007 and have worked in various departments throughout the home over the years, but I always had a natural affinity with cooking and our Hospitality Team.
I am passionate about creating delicious, nutritious meals that our residents can look forward to every day. With many years of experience in catering and hospitality, I understand the important role that good food plays in health, well-being, and happiness.
My team and I take great pride in preparing fresh, home-cooked meals that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is speaking with residents about their favourite dishes and incorporating their feedback into our menus.
