I find the staff to be very patient & caring towards my dad. His needs are catered for on an individual basis. The staff are extremely helpful and always on hand to answer any questions or queries. I feel very confident that dads needs are being met by a caring group of people & have no worries at all knowing dad is very well cared for. Thank you!
My I just add our relative seemed better and more informed than the previous 2 years when she lived on her own.
Even before I had the pleasure of seeing the outstanding facilities for my own eyes, my cousin had spoken very highly of how the care home is and the moment I first stepped in, I could immediately see why! The care home provides the best possible help for anyone requiring care and support both short term and long term and the staff there are absolutely incredible! My uncle suffers from Parkinson's and it has been soul-destroying to see how rapid his decline has been over a short space of time; he had a substantial stay in hospital as a result of a fall he suffered while at his home. Even with his worsening neurological condition though, the staff there welcomed him with open arms and gave him the chance to become another member of their special family! The way in which they look after people like my Uncle is so incredibly heartwarming and fills anyone with the piece of mind to know he's in the safest place and he's been taken great care of. I'd highly recommend Ashlynn Grange.
Mum stayed in Milton Lodge for 3 weeks respite care after having a knee replacement. The care and support she received from the staff was outstanding. One person in particular went above and beyond with Mum from the minute we arrived, by helping to get her out of the car and settling her into her beautiful room. Nothing was ever too much for him... he is one in a million and a credit to Ashlynn Grange. I would highly recommend Ashlynn Grange for respite care.
Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding your mum's stay at Milton Lodge. I am so pleased that she enjoyed her stay, we loved her being with us and if she would ever like to stay again we would love for her to come back.
Today, I received his wedding ring after careful long-term storage!
Thank you for your lovely comment; I am so pleased you were reunited with your father's wedding ring. It was a pleasure to meet you.
Since my mother has been in the care of Ashlynn Grange we have been very pleased and satisfied with what we have seen so far. For our family this has meant a significant relief of pressure on all of us. Thank you.
On behave of myself and my team I would like to thank you for your lovely feedback.
Following a digestive order my mother needed convalescence care. Ashlynn Grange responded quickly to my enquiry. All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. My mother recovered more quickly than predicted, and is now back in her own home - if a similar situation occurred again, I would be happy to choose Ashlynn Grange.
Thank you for your comment, I am really pleased that your mother recovered quickly and is back at home. It is nice to hear that you would be happy for your mother to return to Ashlynn Grange if the need arises.
To the manager and all her staff thank you for making this a place they can call home.
Thank you for your lovely comments, I am so pleased your sister in law settled well into Ashlynn Grange and was made to feel that Ashlynn Grange could be called her home.
The lifestyle coordinator was so great at the meeting I went to.
Thank you for you lovely review, I am really pleased your sister is enjoying her stay on Milton Lodge.
I highly recommend Ashlynn Grange to take care of your loved one. My father was a resident of Milton Lodge and was extremely well cared for. He had quite demanding needs but was always cared for with dignity.
Thank you for your lovely comments regarding the staff at Milton Lodge; I hope your father enjoyed his stay.
The staff are lovely. Welcoming and ready to answer our questions and there is a kindly feel about the house that she resides in. Brilliant job and we are very grateful that our cousin is being so well cared for.
Thank you for your lovely review, this means a lot to myself and my team.
I know that I cannot name names and that all the staff are kind nad caring but one person goes above and beyond her duties. She was a carer on Hayward was moved to Harvester and is now activities coordinator on Harvester. She really loves her job and her residents and it really shows in all that she does. I felt I needed to air my feelings about her. She puts 100% into her job.
Thank you for your lovely comments regarding the Ashlynn Grange team, and for the comments regarding one of my activities co-ordinators.
The activities ladies are wonderful with the residents and are kind to the families!
Thank you for your amazing review. I am so pleased that your nan is enjoying her stay at Hayward. I will pass all of your comments onto my team.
I am extremely pleased with the way we are treated at this care home my mum is in this home. I find all the staff polite and helpful and I cannot find anything to fault them with.
Thank you for your lovely review, this review means a lot to myself and my team here at Ashlynn Grange.
We are extremely happy with the level of care given to my nan-in-law. She's so happy in Hayward House, we have viewed the other units and they're all clean, the staff are all lovely on all the units. They make you feel welcome and they always speak to us when we visit. We can't fault any of the staff, and the activities ladies are great with the residents.
Thank you for your lovely comments, I am so pleased that your nan-in-law is happy on Hayward House.
I visit my friend every week and have found the staff to be very friendly and caring. The home seems to be in excellent condition.
Thank you for your lovely review, I am really pleased that you find the safe very friendly and caring. We are working hard to keep our home in excellent condition.
I have found the range of activities for residents to engage in to be both regular and varied. Their recently launched social media platform offers a unique insight into what happens day-to-day when my father cannot always recall what he’s been up to - a recent post showing a walk to a local coffee shop was particularly heart-warming as he was clearly enjoying himself. As I sit here writing this, pampering sessions are taking place around me. I would recommend AG to anyone looking for a care home for a loved one.
Thank you for your amazing feedback regarding my staff at Milton Lodge. I am so pleased that your father is enjoying his stay with us.
The staff at Ashlynn Grange are fantastic. The support and care they provide on a constant, high-quality level, makes us feel assured we are getting the best possible care.
Thank you for your comments, it is nice to hear that my staff provide a constant high quality level of support and care.
I loved the welcome that my sister and all her family got when she entered the care home. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, from the manager to the care staff and chef. My sister has been well taken care of since arriving. The staff take time to talk to us and understand my sister's needs. My sister says she is well taken care of and likes the staff.
Thank you for your lovely comments; I am so pleased that your sister is happy and likes the staff. I hope your sister continues to enjoy her stay at Ashlynn Grange.
I have always been impressed by the care and consideration given to both my mother (the resident) and my elderly father who visits regularly. We are always greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. If I had a concern, it would be the frequency of Mum's showing, although I accept staff numbers affect this.
Thank you for your lovely review. I am pleased that your mother, our resident, and your father who visits are both enjoying their time at Ashlynn Grange. I am pleased that you find my staff friendly and professional.
