Peripatetic Operations Manager

Peripatetic Area Operations Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £61,500 per annum
Location: Primarily Oxfordshire with some travel to East Gloucestershire

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking to recruit a Peripatetic Area Operations Manager based in Oxfordshire. Drawing on your commercial and operational experience, you’ll play a key role in supporting new Home Managers or existing Managers who maybe experiencing some operational challenges, as well as providing cover for Home Manager absence due to annual leave or sickness, so you’ll need to be flexible in terms of travel around the Region.
You’ll provide strong leadership, supporting the Home Managers with maintaining commercial viability, having a strong relationship with CQC, are compliant with all relevant legislation and above all; ensuring quality care is delivered to our residents. ABOUT YOU
Ideally with, or working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, alongside strong experience at Home Manager or equivalent level. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative and, at times, under pressure, with good communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Your strong commercial acumen will be complimented by an approachable and supportive management style, with a genuine desire to support colleague progression and overall team development.
