Mum has been in Stirlings for a few months now, she has settled in so well and has made friends with other residents. I have not seen her so happy since she went into care. The staff are amazing, very caring and know the residents so well. As a family we are so happy with the care she is receiving.
Mum being happy is all we wanted and Stirlings have done this.

Every time I've been to see my dad I've had nothing but friendly and professional interaction with the staff, who show consideration and professionalism when they are dealing with what is sometimes very frustrating and difficult situations and am very happy with what is being provided for for my dad.
When I've contacted the management team I've had nothing but professional kindness and compassion with any inquiries I've had to make and once again could not be happier.
Reply from Steve Gardner-Collins, On behalf of the team at WillowcroftThank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We're so pleased to hear that every visit to see your dad has been met with friendly and professional support from our team. Your recognition of the care, patience, and professionalism shown by staff, especially in more challenging situations means a great deal to us. We're also glad that your experiences with the management team have been positive, and that you've felt kindness and compassion in all your interactions. Most importantly, it's wonderful to know that you are happy with the care and support your dad is receiving. Thank you again for your kind words-they are truly appreciated.

A lovely care home set in beautiful grounds. It is an absolute pleasure to volunteer here under the guidance of Lorraine, the manager.
The residents and their families are so supportive of all our activities and are always willing to assist on trips to theatre, gardens and Castke events

All the staff are always happy and helpful, which is a credit to them with the things they have to deal with daily. My family and I feel that mum is well cared for and very much appreciated by the staff and what they do. I think it would be good if a family member could help or choose some meals for
residents, as mum doesn't really remember what she likes and doesn't like. My sister is there more often and could help with this, and mother may eat more.
Reply from Steve Gardner-Collins, On behalf of the team at Marden CourtThank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback about Marden Court. We are really pleased to hear your kind comments about our staff. It means a great deal to know you and your family feel your mum is well cared for and valued, and that the team's support and attitude are appreciated. We also want to thank you for your helpful suggestion regarding meal choices. We understand how important it is that residents enjoy their meals and have options that reflect their preferences. Involving family members more closely in this process is a thoughtful idea, and we will certainly share your comments with the management and catering teams for consideration. We are always looking for ways to improve the dining experience and ensure it best meets individual needs. Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us continue to enhance the care we provide.

Willowcroft

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
We celebrated our mother's 100th birthday in January and we were very delighted with the effort the staff made to facilitate a family party (21 of us) in Willowcroft. We were able to use the conservatory and they decorated the room for the occasion. They also provided glasses and plates etc although
we decided to bring our own catering needs ( they did offer to provide if we wanted). The staff were very helpful and caring ensuring getting mother ready for the party. The day was a great success.
My only slight disappointment was visiting the following week I noticed that all birthday cards and best wishes had been tidied away in a box ( no problem with that) with the exception of her birthday card from King Charles. Nobody seemed to know what had happened to it after it had been displayed on her window sill. Fortunately we have some photos of the card but there has been no signs of the actual card to date although the staff were asked to keep an eye out for it!
Reply from Steve Gardner-Collins, On behalf of the team at WillowcroftThank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that your mother's 100th birthday celebration was such a special and successful occasion. It was a real pleasure for our team to be part of such a wonderful milestone, and we're so glad the conservatory, decorations, and support from staff helped make the day memorable for you and your family. Your kind words about the team's care and attentiveness, especially in helping your mother prepare for the celebration, mean a great deal to us. We are, however, very sorry to hear about the missing birthday card from His Majesty King Charles. We completely understand how special and sentimental this item is, and we sincerely apologise for any upset caused. Please be assured that we will continue to make enquiries with the team and keep a close eye out for it. If there are any updates, we will ensure you are informed straight away. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.

My father and mMother have been in Willowcroft for nine years and five years respectively. They have always been treated with the best care possible. The staff are always professional and friendly and make the home a very comfortable place for the residents to live. My mother sadly passed away at the
end of January she was 94. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for the excellent care they gave to mother for last ten days of her life as well as caring for my father I will be for ever grateful. I have written reviews several times over the years, that my parents have been residents the standards never drops.
The staff are a credit to the management. I always recommend this place as one of the best care homes in the area.

Your recommendation and ongoing support mean the world to us. We will be sure to share your lovely feedback with the whole team, they will be very touched. Dad was a resident at Lewin House care/nursing home and fell ill during his first 2 weeks. Dad already lived with Alzheimer's and physical decline. Lack of activity led to the swallowing reflex to weaken, causing pneumonia and chest infection. Dad received end of life care back at Lewin House where
all the staff were fantastic. 11 out of 10. Dad died in his room comforted by family and his favourite music while he was sleeping. Perfect.

A Care Home that really does CARE. They really look after my mum. It's clean, welcoming and I feels like a home. I really cannot fault the care and support the team give at Willowcroft and wish another relative of mine at another care home had the care mum has and to such a high standard. I wouldn't
hesitate on recommending them to other people.
