I would happily recommend Gregory House to other people.

The staff provide thorough and sensitive care and the food and range of activities has been excellent. Gregory House is well managed and the senior care team are always available and willing to discuss plans. Communication has also been excellent. Thank you for looking after my Mum so well.

The home and staff have been very helpful during the initial months of my mother going into the home. Whilst she naturally took some time to settle, they were always supportive and guided us both through the process. Every time we visit the home she is happy and has now settled in well. The staff are always friendly and there is a full program of weekly entertainment with singers, choirs and even a pair of Alpacas! Keep up the good work!

Boultham Park House is a welcoming, friendly and caring home. Residents are treated with kindness, respect and dignity. Activities are provided very regularly, the food is good.

I moved in for some short term stay but I have decided to stay. The staff are so outstanding in every way including the love that is outstanding in every way the home is so friendly & welcome to everyone, its home from home just like family.

I would drop in unanounced on several occassions before Mum moved in always found welcoming, helpful, friendly staff. The atmosphere was always relaxed and homey. They assisted in an 'above and beyond manner' To help me place Mum with them and have been open and honest and communication excellent every step of the way I brought Mum home from Spain due to dementia and have felt supported every step off the way. Mum has settled well - it's a big extended family

The care they gave my mum was amazing and me when I visited my Mum I was greated with a smile, Hallo are you ok, would you like a cup of tea if they were not busy, but I knew that I could make myself one. I have been to many fun days Garden Parties and Bingo's my mum couldn't Join in all the activities but there were plenty for the other residents. Nothing is to much trouble for the carers they are all Lovely people

Having spent just over five weeks in hospital, my wife was transferred to Apple Trees and on that day she phoned me and said, 'I think I have gone to heaven', in what sadly turned out to be her last few weeks of life. The staff all made her so comfortable and happy; she really was in good hands. She was treated with love, kindness and dignity in the time there. Ann loved people, and she enjoyed getting to know them and their families. She always asked names so she could tell me about them. The same kindness was shown to me; thank you. I was offered the chance to stay the night beside her bed, and because of that, I was with her holding hands when she passed away peacefully in her sleep. I will never stop telling anyone who will listen how wonderful Apple Trees is. Every single member of management and staff has my deepest thanks for showing such loving, caring and dignity. Thank you all.

My Father stayed at the home for 5 years. The level of care was fantastic. The food was excellent. The staff payed high attention to detail all the time. He was made to feel part of a big family. His room, along with the rest of the home, was always spotless and clean. I would thoroughly recommend Hartsholme House to anyone.

My friend has been in Boultham Park house for 2 months now. All I can say is it is a beautiful home with wonderful staff, who make sure their residents have everything they need. Everywhere is immaculately clean. I haven't eaten there but my friend says the food is excellent. I think Boultham Park house is more like a hotel for ladies and gentlemen who deserve to be looked after with no worries in their later lives with wonderful staff and a beautiful home

My husband has had additional 2 weeks respite care at Patchett Lodge. This is the home of my choice as I used to work there before becoming a 'community care officer' for adult social care adults team. He is happy, settled comfortable and feels secure and I know he is safe. The staff are aware that he likes to be self sufficiant they allow him this autonomy. He likes being able to return to his room as and when he wants to. Perfect! Thank you.

My father went into Whitefriars in Stamford for respite care with a view to becoming a permanent resident. We found the staff to be very understanding of our feelings and made Dad very welcome and relaxed on arrival. As the weeks progressed, my dad settled in well, and although he suffers from Alzheimers Dementia, his personality became a lot more relaxed and happy. To see him smiling again is wonderful. The staff are all very friendly, and the whole place feels like we are all part of a team of taking care of Dad.

I enjoy being at Boultham as I could not cope at home. Being here I have company and people to talk to. Also I don't have any washing of clothes or cooking to do. I sometimes worry about lunch and dinner time in case it is something I do not like. However if that happens the kitchen staff normally five a different option.

I always felt that Mum was well looked after and treated with respect. Naturally Mum would rather have been at home but Beckside provided an environment that allowed her large family to visit in the knowledge that she was being cared for when we weren;t around. This allowed Dad to cope in extremely difficult times. The carers and nursing staff were very approachable and friendly, and made Mums final days the best they could be in the circumstances. Thank you to all.

To many sprays for cleaning used with scents (you can buy unscented cleaning goods)

Over several years the staff have been very good dealing with my mother in law and this month have been excellent to increase the level and quality of care and support. The standard of food supplied depends on which chef has produced the meal, therefore I have not scored this aspect.

Mum has been a resident in Ermine House for over 9 years, In this time the staff have been an extended family to her. Unfortunately she has been put on end of life care and the staff have stepped up to support physically and emotionally this need without complaint, having compassion and patience throughout.
