Westgate Care Home was an excellent choice for my wife's aunt. From the beginning, she was made to feel at home, making new friends. The home has Polly's Tea Room, a coffee shop, a cinema room, a dining room, and a lovely garden. The bedrooms are well furnished, with an en-suite bathroom and room for
personal effects. The entertainment was well organised with special events throughout the year. Relatives were made to feel welcome as part of a big family.

We are pleased that the facilities, comfortable bedrooms, and attractive communal spaces helped create a place that truly felt like home. Your appreciation of the organised entertainment, special events, and the warm, inclusive atmosphere means a great deal to the team. We are especially glad that relatives felt welcomed as part of an extended family, as this is central to our approach to care. I found the whole process from the in-home assessment by the management team, to getting Dad settled in, was professional, personable and stress-free. During Dad's stay, we have found the whole team extremely caring

The staff are very good & have lots of patience with Graham who has various moods. My only critique is lack of entertainment as Graham loves music. I hope when the new entertainment person starts work there will be more things for him to do. I am pleased the staff always phone me if anything has happened
to him such as falls or he is unhappy.

A superb care home, one where real love & care is shown to the individual residents. My mother came to Chilterns Court 2/3 years ago, and I feel the staff truly care for her. It's a testament that in general there is low staff turnover an dthe food and personal care is very good. The only area that
is more tricky at times is the activities provision, but they are addressing that. My mother is very happy there.

My mum has always been treated with kindness and respect. The staff are always approachable and friendly. Any issues are dealt with in a timely manner and communicated what actions have taken place. It always feels like a big family.

Wellford Gardens

We have just celebrated our mother's 93rd birthday in the fine dining room at Wellford Gardens. The food and service was excellent. Our hostess went out of her way to make everything perfect. At the end of the meal - the chef and his colleagues and some of the carers presented our mum with a beautiful
birthday cake and sang a round of 'Happy Birthday'! These small, thoughtful, heart-felt gestures underpin our confidence that Wellford Gardens is and the perfect care home for our mum.
