Staff have always been prepared to go the extra mile for residents and their guests. They do all they can to make the home feel safe, secure and comfortable. Staff have been very responsive to my wife's dietary needs and her own daily rhythm.

My mother has been a resident at Chesham Leys for over a year now, and I can honestly say the care and kindness she receives there have given me so much peace of mind. From the moment we first visited, we were welcomed with warmth and compassion. The staff take the time to get to know each resident personally, which makes all the difference. The home itself is always spotless, bright and cheerful. Mum especially enjoys the activities and seeing the children from the school. Communications with families is good and I'm always kept informed. It's clear the staff truly care about the people they look after.

The food is good wtih very adequate portions & the only reason activities rating is satisfactory is because my wife is not good at these things & prefers from choice to come with me, either in the lounge or her room.
