Health Care Assistant

At Regency Retirement Home, we create a home from home for elderly people who require care and support. Our staff team and residents wish to recruit a caring, compassionate and enthusiastic person.

The ideal candidate for our post will be able to demonstrate:

*Effective communication skills
*Be able to work closely as part of a team
*A genuine willingness to care for and meet the needs of our residents.

The successful candidate will be required to assist with:

*Demonstrating that dignity and respect are embedded and upheld at all times
*High standards of person-centred care
*Promotion of independence
*Co-Production and flexibility within role.

*Accountability and responsibility.

The role is full-time and includes weekday, weekend, nights, evening shifts and on call. All applications will be considered.
