Tracey has been an invaluable asset to Regency Retirement Home since she joined us in February 2020, starting as a Health Care Assistant. Tracey's dedication, skills and compassionate nature have propelled her to the role she has now as Senior Care Coordinator. Sandra has been a cornerstone of Regency Retirement Home since 2003 serving as a senior member of staff whose contributions are invaluable. Her leadership extends to the kitchen department where she curates delightful meals tailored to the variety of preferences that we have and the dietary needs of every resident ensuring a personalised enjoyable dining experience. Sandra has a warm and caring demeanour and an unwavering reliability that enriches the home. Her lovely smile and compassion make her an indispensable leader and beloved by both residents and colleagues.

Since 2016, Natasha has been an integral part of the team at Regency Retirement Home. She adeptly handles all shift patterns and has recently achieved the NVQ Level 5 in care leadership and management. Natasha consistently goes over and beyond to enrich the lives of the residents at Regency Retirement Home. Apart from being our Hydration Lead she also assists with Mobility Lead. Natasha excels in providing care and support, particularly for residents living with dementia. Observing interactions between residents and Natasha is incredibly moving.

Kelly's long-standing commitment to Regency Retirement Home since 2019 highlights her dedication and expertise in her role. Kelly's leadership in safeguarding and medication management showcases her ability to handle critical responsibilities with ease and proficiency. By keeping her training up to date, she ensures that she remains knowledgeable with ever-changing guidance making her duties continually effective and in line with current regulations.

Kelly's infectious aura and renowned smile contribute significantly to the positive atmosphere throughout the home, making her a cherished presence among both residents and staff. Kelly's versatility extends beyond her primary responsibilities, as she is able to turn her hand to most areas to enable the smooth running of the home including the very important culinary side where she creates her unique tasty dishes enjoyed by all. Her ability to motivate and participate actively in various activities enriches the surrounding community and enhances the residents day to day experiences. Overall Kelly's contribution is invaluable and her presence is a true asset to Regency Retirement Home.

Pauline has dedicated many years to Regency Retirement Home and is a valued member of the team. She is consistent thorough and caring, we refer to her as one of our 'night angels'. Pauline plays a crucial role role ensuring the residents are well and comfortable during he nights. Her reliability and communication skills contribute to the smooth operation of the home during the nighttime hours.

Fiona is a versatile and dedicated team member at Regency Retirement Home. Since joining us in 2020, her ability to handle various shifts and patterns effectively showcases her adaptability and commitment. Fiona is helpful in the kitchen department and her enjoyment of the role highlights her enthusiasm and eagerness to contribute where she can. Fiona has a wealth of caring experience behind her combined with patience, reliability and a caring nature.

Katie joined our team in February 2021 and has quickly established herself as an invaluable member of our care home. As a Senior Carer, she demonstrates an unwavering commitment to ensuring each resident’s needs are met with both compassion and attention to detail. Katie’s genuine passion for caring shines through in her everyday interactions, and she consistently goes above and beyond to create a nurturing, supportive environment for all residents.

Known for her warm sense of humour, Katie has a unique ability to brighten the home and bring a smile to everyone she interacts with. Her positive energy fosters strong relationships with both colleagues and residents, contributing to a joyful atmosphere in the care home.

Outside of work, Katie is an avid footballer, and her love for sport often sparks engaging conversations with residents, creating connections and bringing moments of shared joy. Her dedication to both her professional and personal passions makes her an exceptional member of the team, and we are proud to have her as part of our Regency family.

Gerrie has been a cherished member of the Regency Retirement Home team since January 2007, consistently providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Health Care Assistant, Gerrie’s dedication to meeting the needs of each resident is evident in her thoughtful, patient approach. She always takes the time to ensure that every resident feels valued and well-cared for, going the extra mile to make their day brighter.

Her ability to connect with residents through engaging conversations and her positive, cheerful demeanour significantly contribute to creating an uplifting atmosphere in the home. Whether it’s a quick chat or a thoughtful gesture, Gerrie’s presence never fails to bring joy to both residents and colleagues alike.

Chippy joined the Regency Retirement Home team in November 2023 as a sponsored worker from Kerala, India, and has quickly become a cherished member of our staff. With her kind, warm, and caring nature, she has built strong relationships with both residents and colleagues, providing compassionate care and support to everyone she interacts with.

As a Health Care Assistant, Chippy consistently ensures that the needs of our residents are met with the utmost attention and care. Her dedication to making each resident feel valued and comfortable shines through in all that she does, and her positive energy creates an uplifting atmosphere in the home.

Chippy is also known for her approachable and friendly demeanour, which makes her a favourite among residents. Her thoughtful approach to care and her commitment to going above and beyond have made her an integral part of our team.

As Chippy prepares for maternity leave in the coming months, we want to celebrate the incredible contributions she’s made to our home and look forward to welcoming her back after this exciting new chapter in her life. She is truly a valued member of the Regency Retirement Home family.

Jacob joined Regency in September 2021, initially becoming part of the team after completing work experience with us during his college studies. Following the successful completion of his Health and Social Care qualification, Jacob returned as a valued member of our staff.

Jacob brings a kind and gentle nature to his role, which is deeply appreciated by both residents and colleagues. His calming presence and compassionate approach make him a cherished part of daily life at Regency.

In addition to his responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant, Jacob also supports key compliance activities within the home, including areas such as COSHH regulations and fire alarm system checks. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards help ensure a safe and well-run environment for everyone.

Dannii has been a dedicated member of the Regency team since December 2016. Known for her warm and gentle nature, Dannii consistently provides compassionate and attentive care, always taking the time to ensure each resident’s individual needs are fully met.

Her kind, patient approach is deeply valued by both residents and staff, and her wonderful sense of humour and bright smile bring a positive energy to the home. A firm favourite among residents, Dannii is especially well-known for her lively Friday afternoon bingo sessions, where she takes on the role of caller with great enthusiasm and charm.

Dannii’s commitment to high-quality care and her natural rapport with residents make her an integral part of the Regency family.

Jane has been a valued and long-standing member of the Regency team since December 2011. With her warm, kind, and gentle nature, Jane has built strong and trusting relationships with both residents and colleagues over the years.

Always putting the needs of residents first, Jane provides consistently high-quality care with compassion and dedication. Her wicked sense of humour brings joy to the home and often has both residents and staff laughing—a quality that makes her a truly cherished presence at Regency.

Jane’s attention to detail and thoughtful approach shine through in everything she does, especially when she takes the title of “Queen of the Poached Eggs” every Thursday teatime!

Temprence has been studying Health and Social Care at college while gaining hands-on experience at Regency. She brings a warm, kind, and compassionate approach to her interactions with residents, who truly appreciate her thoughtful and gentle demeanour. Temprence is known for her commitment to delivering high-quality care and is dedicated to completing every task to the best of her ability. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make her a valued member of the team.
