Care Assistant

We are looking for 2 caring and emapthetic people to join our team of outstanding carers, supporting and caring for 13 Residents who are living well with Dementia.

We would prefer applicants who have had experience in care homes, but are willing to train suitable applicants who wish to develop their role of carer.

Applicants must be willing to participate in training to enhance their knowledge and skills in order to support our Residents to lead as fulfilling a life as possible, whilst travelling along their dementia journey.

Heaton House has an Outstanding CQC rating, which requires the support of our care team in order to maintain.

Part-time or Full-Time applicants would be considered - shift patterns are 8-2 / 2-8 or 8-8 shifts depending on contracted hours - you will be required to work every other weekend and be willing to cover holiday and sickness as Heaton House does not use Agency Staff.
