An exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional  PA to join a company based in Harrow with a strategy of continued expansion.

Working for a busy, dynamic and fast-paced CEO the successful candidate will enable him to operate in a truly efficient and effective manner by keeping day to day tasks, travel arrangements and ad hoc projects running smoothly with the minimum of supervision.

The role would suit someone who thrives on multi-tasking and organising and already has a proven track record as a PA to a CEO or group of Directors. The successful candidate will be highly organised, self-sufficient and looking for a new challenge within a growing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficient diary management and travel management
  • Managing the CEO's business and personal priorities
  • Acting as first point of contact
  • Prioritising and dealing with incoming correspondence, calls etc
  • Dealing with highly confidential information

This is a demanding, but enjoyable role for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of working as a PA to CEO or board level directors
