From the first meeting at our mums flat to discuss her Respite Care needs until she peacefully fell asleep 4 weeks later. The exceptional Care Home manager and the Lavender team showed fantastic professionalism, care and support to our mum.

The wonderful facilities at the Care Home enjoyed by family and friends made the emotional and painful situation more tolerable.

Bob is my Uncle and my brother and our family's went to celebrate Bobs 100th Birthday a week before his actual Birthday which was on the 11th Sept. The Staff were incredible ! . My father has been a resident at Cherry Hinton for the past ten months, he was well looked after by the kind attentive team at Cherry Hinton. He was quite sad to leave but as he is moving closer to family to facilitate more frequent visits, in his best interests. The team took the time to get to know
him, what he likes and what he does not. I can't praise the whole team there enough and was particularly pleased with the support received during quite a stressful time for Dad, towards the end of his stay. The location and facilities are nice with access to a nice garden and nice walks close by. Thank you to everyone at Cherry Hinton :)

Karuna has been a wonderful place for my mother who came here a year ago almost on her death bed but now if you see her she is full of life and enjoys the activities and also the activities and outings. Recently, she attended 2 outings at the leisure centre.

My family and myself cannot speak highly enough of Candlewood House. The atmosphere throughout is so warm and friendly, and the care from all the staff excellent. We moved our mother to the Cambridge Manor after a bad experience in another care home. The Manor was a vast improvement and we and more importantly, she has been very happy with the change. The staff are all extremely friendly and competent and look after her with great care, compassion and sensitivity.
The rooms are lovely and the food is great. We would recommend to anyone looking round.

My husband entered the nursing home after a fall in which he broke his hip. He also has advanced Parkinsons Disease which causes difficulty with movement. In both cases he is catered for very well by all the staff. The home is very well run and in particular he really enjoys the gym. The patients dignity
is very much respected by all, the activities are varied from day to day and the food is excellent. I would be very happy to recommend the home to everyone.
