All the staff looked after our father really well. Nurses were amazing, highlighted any medical issues promptly. Carer staff all excellent, looking after caring like their own. Food has been improved but has had bad days. Sugar has improved the menu. Hope The management don't keep changing as the home
needs stability to keep on improving more. Thank you.
Reply from Manju Bhandari, Home Manager at Kailash Manor Care HomeThank you for taking the time to share your kind feedback. We truly appreciate your lovely comments about our nursing and care teams and are pleased to know your father was well cared for.

I have already shared my review of my stay @ the Kailash Manor Care Home which grew on me to regard it as my own home now.
My stay covered a period from 17/10/25 to 10/12/25
Never in my life did I expect to be looked/cared & loved by not one, but whoever I related to @ the Care Home.
Each one of
them now, is now, part of my family.
Kailash Manor Care Home has a treasure that surpasses money and that is, the carers & the Management. Together, they have created a Loving Home .

Our stepmother was sadly in Cooperscroft Care Home for a short time, but we could not have wished for anywhere nicer for her to spend her last days. The staff were all so caring and kind, the entertainment and facilities were great and varied, the food and layout of the dining room were always nice
and she had a perfect en suite room which was made to be like home with photos and personal items. Thank you all so much

We will be forever grateful to everyone at Camberley Manor for the love, care, and compassion they showed my gran during her respite stay. She arrived unable to walk and feeling very vulnerable, but thanks to the dedication, patience, and encouragement of the entire team, she made an incredible recovery

The level of care my lovely Dad received was absolutely wonderful. All the staff we're very caring and empathetic to him , nothing was too much trouble .The staff went above their duties to make my Dad comfortable even giving him a fleecy blanket because he liked to be snug in bed . They made myself,
sister and my Mum very welcome and listened to us when it came to caring for my lovely Dad .
The home was spotlessly clean ,the rooms were beautiful and airy with enough space for us to sit with my Lovely Dad .The food was delicious and varied everyday .
There are activities everyday which you can decide if you join in or not .
I wish my lovely Dad could of been in their care sooner and for longer .
Thank you all at Candlewood for looking after my lovely Dad .

Nearly after waiting 20 years I found this home for my husband's respite. Since 2007 I wanted this place for my husband. I had a wonderful holiday after 10 years and this was done by Karuna Manor's help. My husband, who is a dementia patient, does not want to go home. I keep saying that I have chosen
the best place for him. I am also grateful that they extended his stay 3 more days to recover me from my holiday. Below my crosses explain how happy and thankful of whole staff I am. Even I had wonderful our 60th wedding anniversary cake baked in home.

My father who was terminal ill had to move care homes as the previous care home was closing their nursing unit as he was the only resident receiving nursing care
It was such a blow to.me and my own family as had 2 months to find one, mum is frail and not well herself and my sister was moving
overseas and was unable to share this dilemma with them at that time. Plus he was in Suffolk previously but due to our family circumstances he could not stay in Suffolk as it was only me visiting once my sister had moved. My mother could not visit regularly as she is more or less housebound herself . When I 1st visited the home I was taken back by the care, Homely, feel the fact the nursing staff had been there along time and had years of experience as my father's case was complex( I am a nurse myself of 45 years) & have never seen anyone with his needs. I just knew immediately this ticked ally boxes. The saddest thing was he passed away 4 days after he moved in.
Reply from Chunmei Jian, Home Manager at Cherry Hinton Care HomeThank you for your kind words. Were honoured you trusted us during a difficult time. Our deepest condolences on your fathers passing. It was a privilege to care for him.
