Dear team @ Kailash Manor. Thank you for making our sisters' get-together such a special and memorable occasion. After a long gap with most of my sisters, this gathering meant a lot to me. The lush and beautifully presented spread of food felt like a 5-star hotel dining experience, and the surprise
birthday cake was incredibly thoughtful. Though my birthday is later in the month, you made it possible for me to celebrate it meaningfully with my sisters. The flowers, the elegant room setting, and the warm care shown throughout truly touched my heart. My sincere thanks to Sagar and his team for creating such a joyful and unforgettable experience. With heartfelt appreciation - Jyoti.

We Jyoti's family would ike to express our heartfelt appreciation to Sagar and the team at Kailash Manor for the beautifully arranged high-tea service provided during our visit.
Jyotididi had been staying at the care home for several months while recovering from illness, and this gathering took place
this Sunday just before her departure for Uganda. The team went above and beyond and ensured the occasion was meaningful and thoughtfully planned.
The service was efficient and warm, with great attention to detail. The spread reflected true professionalism, enhanced by personal touches that honoured Jyotididi's love for flowers, her special drinks, and the welcoming atmosphere created for her family.
Sagar and his team showed genuine compassion and dedication, making the afternoon memorable and comforting. Kailash Manor truly reflects compassionate care and thoughtful hospitality.
With gratitude and appreciation,
Highly recommended

We visited Kailash Manor care on Sunday to celebrate our friend 94 th birthday with family and friends .
We were welcomed by all staff nd the care approach given to our dear friend was just wonderful to see .
The staff were welcoming ,engaging and thoughtful in all aspects , this is how ALL homes should
be .
Nothing was too much trouble , meeting the needs of each individual with respect and dignity that is needed for our loved ones.
With this in mind it gives families confidence and trust in the care home to care of their elders .
So thank you and long may it continue .

Hope to visit our friend again soon .
Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality .

Our experience at Kailash was exceptional. Our grandma was treated with most respect care attention and dignity. The staff made this such a supportive yet fun nurturing experience for our whole family, and it really felt like a home during such a difficult time. Nothing was too much for the staff and
they granted us as much freedom to spend with our beloved grandma, and made sure they would find out all the relevant information to answer our questions. My grandmas passing was spiritual peaceful and holistic environment she would have worked. All her religious needs were met.

My mum came for a 1 month respite stay in the residential area. She was made to feel very welcome and was so comfortable. The staff, rooms, facilities etc are outstanding, it felt like a 5-star hotel. She enjoyed participating in the daily activities and the food she was served daily was perfect for
her. She never complained! I would highly recommend Kailash Manot and my mum would be happy to return if we needed the respite care again. A wonderful care home - perfect for us and my mum. 5 stars!

My father in law was the first ever resident to come here then followed by my mother in law. The service given by carers and the management were excellent.
Then my mum and then my adopted mum soon followed and I hugely recommend to our family friends elderly for respite. All my relatives were cared
for with empathy and respect.
I have now reserved my own place here in 20 years, hahaha.

Our original plan was for mum to stay at Kailash Manor for a month for respite care. Due to her existing health conditions this turned into palliative care. I would like to praise and thank the staff for the way they treated mum and the family. Full of love, compassion, kindness and respect. All the
staff were lovely. The nurses in particular treated us with such sensitivity at a difficult time. I felt mum passed away in peaceful, comfortable and dignified surroundings. A big thank you to all the staff.

I have been a resident since 25/07/2024. Since I am both mentally and physically fit (91 years) it has taken time to adjust. However, over these few months I am settling down and praying with the care and support I am receiving from the management at all levels of the two as well as other staff members,
I will be able to accept Kailash as my home and livelihood. I have had some issues with food; particularly dinner but with the help of management this is improving. Overall the management continues to ensure I am happy, comfortable, and approachable for which I am grateful.

This is my last review as my Mother passed away a couple of weeks ago at Kailash Manor. As she became more frail in her final weeks the nursing and care staff seemed somehow to be even more loving and attentive to her every need, making sure she had no pain or discomfort, ensuring she felt loved and
special in between our visits. They kept us sensitively informed about any downward deterioration, obtained a medical review when needed but did not over-intervene, and did not let her feel anxious about her condition. We really appreciated the way in which they also looked after us as a family before and after her passing. We feel very fortunate that Mum had her final two years in the most caring and high-quality home we could have imagined. Our thanks go to all the staff, and our love to all the other residents they are still caring for.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion Kailash Manor showed my father, especially during his last days.
The nursing staff, particularly the night-time nurses, showed great kindness, professionalism, and unwavering dedication which meant

From the small, thoughtful gestures to the attentive care you gave every day, the team went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and at ease. We will forever be grateful for the support you provided, not just to him but to all of us as a family.

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 78 registered maximum number of service users is 15.6, which has been reached with 35 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
