My husband was extremely ill and on palliative care when admitted to Kailash Care Home. Not only was he physically ill he was going downhill mentally too. The atmosphere at Kailash Manor changed it all. He became better both physically and mentally. I feel his life got extended due to the care that
he received. The staff are extremely professional, kind and caring. The manager is impeccable at her job and very compassionate. My deepest gratitude to everyone at Kailash.

My mother has been here 10 days but I have found TLC to be clean, well decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful and in the short period of time my mum has been an acquaintance to the staff, they always walk past and greet my mum and stop and have a conversation with her. My mum is well looked after

As a PDL at Kailash Manor Care Home, her role is to proactively support all team members with the full provision of learning and development activities including clinical training, induction, core mandatory training and refreshers, learning needs analysis, training delivery, coaching, mentoring and ensuring all learning and development provision is in line with our TLC values of Truth, Love and Compassion.
