My father-in-law has been here for almost a week. He has fed back to me that he is having a lovely time. The service is excellent and he is very well looked after. My mother has been here 10 days but I have found TLC to be clean, well decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful and in the short period of time my mum has been an acquaintance to the staff, they always walk past and greet my mum and stop and have a conversation with her. My mum is well looked after
and in so happy.

From start to finish, the care with which my father was received at the home was superb. All staff who I have come into contact with have been very good - all very kind and compassionate at all times. Especially four members of staff in particular. The facilities are superb and my father enjoys the

Staff are always very friendly and helpful when we visit.
My relative is well looked after and seems happy here. She is a little frustrated at not having some small things which she would like to make her stay here better. If this could be looked into, that would be great.

Mum has now been in Kailash Manor for 17 days as an end-of-life patient. We have seen she is being cared for very well for all her needs. She is not able to eat much although the spread served is very appetising. However, the carers go the extra mile to give her pureed foods. Carers are attending fully
to all her needs when she feels any discomfort.
Today we celebrated her 90th Birthday at the Kailash Manor in the temple and it was very peaceful as well as inspiring for all the family members attending. Afterwards, we celebrated with delicious snacks served by the care home.
We feel we could not have chosen a better place for Mum during her last days.

My initial anxiety was quickly dispersed on entering Kailash Manor. I have found it a very rewarding and enlightening experience and have been very happy here. The staff and residents are friendly and inclusive in all activities.
There is a very pleasant and calm atmosphere and I have had an extremely
happy time here.

In these roles he led clinical standards, mentored staff, delivered training, and worked with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care quality and outcomes.


In August 2025, Gibson became Care Service Manager at Kailash Manor Care Home, where he leads the care delivery, ensures compliance, and uphold TLC Care’s values of Truth, Love, and Compassion.

I am responsible for all matters regarding funding, suppliers and credit control as well as managing the payroll side of the business to ensure our team members are paid accurately and on time.

Anita has joined TLC Care, hailing from the public sector. She has spent the past 8 years working in the NHS as a Complex Discharge Coordinator, working to facilitate safe and timely transfers from the acute back into the community.


As a BDM at Kailash Manor Care Home, her role is to support prospective residents and their families to find a home away from home here at Kailash. Prioritising the needs and preferences of each individual and ensuring a personalised stay is curated with them in mind, Anita will work closely with prospective and newly settled residents to make Kailash their forever home. The ultimate objective of the work of the BDM is to be the first example of TLC's values of Truth, Love and Compassion.

Job Title: Performance Development Lead

Sheila is a Registered Nurse in the UK, with experience as a trainer and lecturer for carers and nurses in the care home setting. As a PDL at Kailash Manor Care Home, her role is to proactively support all team members with the full provision of learning and development activities including clinical training, induction, core mandatory training and refreshers, learning needs analysis, training delivery, coaching, mentoring and ensuring all learning and development provision is in line with our TLC values of Truth, Love and Compassion.


Sheila is committed in supporting the Learning and Development of all team members to ensure that they deliver the highest standards of care, as well as promote the choices and individual needs of the residents, making Kailash Manor Care Home a happy environment for residents and team members alike.
