Mum has now been in Kailash Manor for 17 days as an end-of-life patient. We have seen she is being cared for very well for all her needs. She is not able to eat much although the spread served is very appetising. However, the carers go the extra mile to give her pureed foods. Carers are attending fully
to all her needs when she feels any discomfort.
Today we celebrated her 90th Birthday at the Kailash Manor in the temple and it was very peaceful as well as inspiring for all the family members attending. Afterwards, we celebrated with delicious snacks served by the care home.
We feel we could not have chosen a better place for Mum during her last days.

My initial anxiety was quickly dispersed on entering Kailash Manor. I have found it a very rewarding and enlightening experience and have been very happy here. The staff and residents are friendly and inclusive in all activities.

We have moved my mum in the last 4 weeks due to her loss of mobility.
She has settled well.
We are very happy with her stay here.
Also, we are very very happy with the manager.
All the nurses are so well and really go out of their way to make all residents happy and treated well.

As a PDL at Kailash Manor Care Home, her role is to proactively support all team members with the full provision of learning and development activities including clinical training, induction, core mandatory training and refreshers, learning needs analysis, training delivery, coaching, mentoring and ensuring all learning and development provision is in line with our TLC values of Truth, Love and Compassion.
