Kailash Manor Care Home

My experience is very good and calm. I feel at peace here and well looked after. I have no tension and my heath has improved.

My sister came to Kailash Manor Care Home at the end of July 2023. Her condition has improved a lot since then. She eats well and loves her food. She enjoys the activities and cooperates with other colleagues. The staff are very caring and support my sister very well. The management team are very caring and always there to support my sister.

I am very happy that my uncle is comfortable and he is very happy, and it's very clean and tidy. I am very glad that my uncle is here and he is getting good care from the carers, and the service is also excellent. Food and staff are also excellent, staff are very friendly, rooms are tidy and clean every time.

I personally find the care home very helpful and all the staff and management are very friendly. Anything I have asked has been answered. I also find that they cater for all as in temples, and activities that are here for the residents.

I feel that this home is excellent for my dad. The culture here is fantastic, and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Kailash Manor is an outstanding facility that provides excellent care and support. The staff are very caring and respectful. Everyone worked hard to help my mum recover and recuperate and get her back on her feet. Mum enjoyed the delicious food that was lovingly prepared. Wishing the whole team continued success - There is always room for improvement.

Kailash Manor is an excellent nursing and care home with a wonderful team of people managing and running the facility. Our mother has been treated with so much kindness and loving care which has aided her fast recovery. This is truly a best-in-class care home.

My father-in-law has been here for almost a week. He has fed back to me that he is having a lovely time. The service is excellent and he is very well looked after. My father-in-law mentioned that his room and facilities are very clean and that he really enjoys all his meals, lots of variety. Thank you everyone.

My mother has been here 10 days but I have found TLC to be clean, well decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful and in the short period of time my mum has been an acquaintance to the staff, they always walk past and greet my mum and stop and have a conversation with her. My mum is well looked after and in so happy.

I was very impressed with the whole building, temple, staff and service provided. It definitely felt like being at home.

I cannot express words on how my mum was cared for at Kailash Manor. The care my mum was provided by all staff has been exceptional, nothing was too much. From the first moment I walked through the door, I knew this was the right decision for us as a family. Thank you to all the staff for making my mum's time here comfortable and making her feel at home.

From the day my Mum was here to the day she left the earth, Kailash has given the best care and warmth. We really felt at home when we came to visit our Mum. Kailash gave excellent service. Keep up the good work.
